Cephalon Samodeus was a Cephalon responsible for creating all Mods in Warframe. At this time, not much is known about this Cephalon, such as why the Riven Mods were made and under what circumstances.
Originally slated to be added in Update 19, the development of Samodeus' lore was not finished in time and was ultimately scrapped.
