History[]
Update 7.5[]
Back in 2013, WARFRAME released Update 7.5 (2013-03-28). An Easter-themed event and purely a temporary cosmetic update, it added random storage containers shaped like giant Easter Eggs and even gave some enemies bunny ears similar to the Lepus Headgear we have now. This event was repeated in 2014 and was the first time to add the Easter Color Picker to the game.
2015[]
From 2015 onward, the Easter event has been limited to the Market; the Easter Egg storage containers and enemies adorning bunny ears have not been implemented since.
This year the Lepus Headgear was added as a time-limited accessory for all warframes, also offering the Easter Color Picker from the previous events.
2016[]
The first time the Easter event has been referenced as Leap of The Lotus, simply offering the previous time-limited rewards until their removal at the end of the event.
2017[]
Running from March 26th to April 8th, Warframe announced the Tenno Egg-Spression Contest. Offering prizes for the best Physical egg and Virtual egg: it's winners would receive plantinum prizes from 
100- 1,000
In-game the event would again offer the Lepus Headgear and Easter Color Picker from the previous events. Also offering double Credits on PC and discounts on Platinum for Console between April 11th-26th.
2019[]
2019 Easter Banner featuring Ivara
2019 brought the first appearance of the Spring Step Ephemera as a temporary cosmetic. It along with the Lepus Headgear is available for use until it is removed from player inventories the end of the Easter Event. During this year's event three Gift from the Lotus alerts were made available, offering the Paracyst Zebra Skin, Fluctus Rahk Skin and the Lacera Scorn Skin.
2021[]
In Easter of 2021 WARFRAME hosted the second rendition of the Tenno Egg-Spression Contest running again from March 26th to April 8th. This time it offered prizes for 3 categories: the best Physical egg, Drawn egg and Virtual egg. It's first place winners would receive an Octavia/Prime access pack and runner-ups would win plantinum prizes from 250- 1,000
This year the event offered the Lepus Headgear, Easter Color Picker and Spring Step Ephemera for purchase on the market.
No new content has been added since.
