Weapon
- Main article: Valkyr Talons
Valkyr Talons are Valkyr and Valkyr Prime's signature Exalted Weapon, summoned by activating the ability Hysteria. The weapon exclusively uses the Hysteria stance.
- This weapon deals equal physical damage.
- Innate and two polarities.
- Negates the infinite combo extender of Xoris, resetting combo count on activation.
Advantages:
- Tied with Desert Wind for the highest critical chance of all melee weapons.
- Innate 5% lifesteal.
- Very high attack speed.
Disadvantages:
- Low status chance.
- Short range.
- Requires energy to activate and keep active.
- Damage isn't affected by the combo counter.
- As an Exalted Weapon, it cannot benefit from, nor contribute to the set bonus of any Set Mods (excluding the Sacrificial Mod Set; the Gladiator Mod Set can still apply if equipped on Warframe, Melee, or Robotic Weapons, and not on the Exalted Weapon itself).
- Cannot equip Melee Combo Counter Mods (except Drifting Contact), Acolyte Mods (e.g., Blood Rush), or Amalgam Mods (e.g., Amalgam Organ Shatter).
- Cannot equip Melee Arcane Enhancements.
Stance

Hysteria is a unique Stance exclusive to Valkyr Talons that can only be acquired and used by activating Valkyr's fourth ability, Hysteria. This Stance overrides the Stance on any currently equipped melee weapon for as long as Hysteria remains active.

Augment

Enraged is a Warframe Augment Mod for Valkyr's Hysteria that increases its damage and critical chance but fixes its duration to 15 seconds and adds a matching cooldown. The base Energy cost is also increased to 50, while the Energy drain over time is removed.

Hysterical Assault is a Warframe Augment/Exilus mod for Valkyr that allows her to pounce onto enemies while in Hysteria by meleeing while aiming, dealing damage on contact. It also provides brief Invulnerability when switching off her Valkyr Talons while in Hysteria.

- The attack speed is derived from the equipped melee weapon's attack speed, including mods and buffs.
- Hysteria's attack speed, critical damage, and critical chance can also be modified by equipping certain mods into the melee weapon.
- Fury, Spoiled Strike and Berserker can modify the attack speed. While the last one does not proc during Hysteria, stacks gained BEFORE can affect the player until they wear off.
- Elemental damage, status chance, speed, proc (Berserker, Melee Channel, etc.), charge damage/speed, range, faction damage, and physical damage (IPS) mods have no effect on Hysteria.
- While under the effect of Hysteria, both the skill and the equipped melee weapon can cause critical strikes with the base damage of Hysteria.
- Hysteria has a critical damage multiplier of 3x and a critical chance about 25%, both affected by Organ Shatter and True Steel respectively.
- 1% / 2% / 4% / 5% of damage done (after resistances/armor) is regained as health. This is not affected by Power Strength mods.
- While active, Valkyr can perform melee combos unique to Hysteria.
- Has a duration of 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 seconds. This is affected by Power Duration mods.
- While ability is activated, Valkyr is invulnerable to damage, and immune to stun, stagger, status effects, and knockdown.
- While invulnerable, melee attacks will push her away, and shockwaves will cause her to bounce into the air slightly.
- Coats random enemies in the selected energy color within a 5 meter radius of Valkyr. If any are not killed, all damage taken while invulnerable from these selected targets will be inflicted after Hysteria wears off.
- Moving out of range will remove this effect. Thus is it recommended that the user puts distance between themselves and marked targets before Hysteria runs out if they cannot be killed fast enough.
- This is hard to see as all enemies close to her will glow like this (possible bug).
- The speed at which you can attack can be boosted by Warcry and/or Volt's Speed ability. If both are used at the same time, both percentage increases will combine and add to her base melee speed, instead of one boosting the new base speed created by the other.
- Using this ability will also lead Valkyr into a "deaf" state, unable to hear anything around her other than strong stuttering waves of rage within her mind. This makes dodging powerful attacks much harder, despite the temporary invulnerability.
- To players who suffer low FPS (Frames per second) in-game will also suffer DPS loss as melee attacks are "semi-automatic".

- Her invulnerability can be taken advantage in reviving teammates in trade of not attacking enemies with her powerful claws.
- This can also be used to escape powerful opponents at the middle point of this ability. Allowing greater hit and run tactics.
- Hysteria benefits the most from weapons with high attack speed and high crit chance/damage multiplier.
- Dual Zoren with Organ Shatter, True Steel and Fury will modify Hysteria's attack speed positively and will add a 5.7x crit multiplier and a 40% crit chance to both the weapon and the skill, which both can crit at a time.
- It needs to be proven, that Hysteria is able to inflict damage types other than Slash, Puncture and Impact.
- While Berserker will not proc while in Hysteria, if you critical with your melee and then go into Hysteria, you will retain the attack speed buff as normal.
- Dual Zoren with Organ Shatter, True Steel and Fury will modify Hysteria's attack speed positively and will add a 5.7x crit multiplier and a 40% crit chance to both the weapon and the skill, which both can crit at a time.
- It's recommended to activate Melee Auto-targeting System in the options as Valkyr's awkward attack animation may miss a lot.
- Status procs such as Bleeding cannot affect Valkyr while she is in Hysteria.
- Cryo Floors (Orokin Void/Traps) in void towers will still slow Valkyr.
- Hysteria now has the standardized ground slam animation, like all other sparring or hand-and-foot gear. This allows Valkyr to attack Drones.
- Equipping an Amphis will modify the slam effect, emitting electric sparkles, however this is only visual, no electric damage/status effect is given out.
- Be aware that Stalker has Dispel, and will purge off Hysteria's effects from you.
- Her slide melee does not 'copter' well, as with all fist weapons, the uppercut animation slides well initially, but near the end when attack comes out you lose almost all of your momentum.
- For best use of its lifedrain ability, down enemies and then use the finisher.
