- The increased Script error: The function "Proc" does not exist. damage by this mod is based on the slash damage the weapon originally has.
- In other words, the effectiveness of this mod would be very limited or even have no effect at all if modded on a weapon that does not deal mostly Script error: The function "Proc" does not exist. damage, such as Fang Prime.
- Mods that increase overall base damage (Pressure Point and Spoiled Strike) increases the effectiveness of this mod.

Trivia
- This mod formerly had a description that said it increases Puncture Damage when it was first released. Its Impact counterpart, Heavy Trauma, also had the same error.
