Well as a Vauban user there's no use for power strength, so Overextended(+ range - dmg) works well. Other than vauban, nope, no idea.

Just try a maxed Fleeting expertise + maxed Streamline (+90% power efficiency) on a Nova. And now spam Molecular Prime at 25 energy cost. Combined with a maxed Flow you have 450 energy which means 450 / 25 = 18 Molecular primes (!!!) without recharge. The -60% power duration malus doesnt bother as long as u dont want to use wormhole.
u know dat u cant equip 2 same mode in 1 gear unit? right? so with this mods u can focus one needed property
