Please refer to this Blog of mine instead for the new changes and how to implement them.  As you know, new Corrupted mods have been introduced to the game, which offer positive effects in exchange of having negative effects. This however, causes problems when trying to add them to warframe powers, like listing them as ways to increase/decrease a stat, because you also must list the negative, and this would conflict with other mods that do the opposite effect, causing very complex calculations that would contradict each other. 

A solution would be to add a "Corrupted Mods" section to each warframe power, separate from the normal calculations and only going off the unmodded stats of the power.

Under each power, list the corrupted mods that effect warframes, and list the end numbers for each mod separately, allowing no conflicts, and allowing users themselves to calculate what would happen when using more then one mod. example below:

Snow Globe (this is the format currenly being used)

Frost deep freezes any vapor and moisture in the surrounding area to create an impenetrable sphere of protection.

Notes:

  • Cost to equip of 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 which is then halved by the Polarity slot, rounded up.
  • Duration of 30 seconds at all levels, affected by Power Duration (Continuity, Constitution.
  • Globe radius of 5 in-game meters at all levels. This is affected by Power Range (Stretch.
  • Slows enemies to 60 / 50 / 40 / 33 percent of their original speed when they are inside the globe. The slow percent is not affected by mods.
  • Blocks both enemy and allied gunfire from traveling into the Snow Globe, as well as Warframe abilities which are not area-of-effect in nature (ex: Shuriken will be blocked but Ice Wave will not be blocked). Gunfire and abilities from the inside are unaffected. Detonations from a weapon (including enemy weapons) will penetrate inside the globe from the outside.
  • Can be cast multiple times to create more than a single instance of Snow Globe.
  • Corrupted Mods
    • Blind Rage Increases energy cost to cast to 77.5 energy, without increasing any effects.
    • Fleeting Expertise Reduces cost to cast to 20 energy, while reducing the duration to 10 seconds.
    • Narrow Minded Increases duration to 60 seconds, while reducing it's range to 1.7 meters.
    • Overextended Increases the range to 9.5 meters, without causing negative effects. Note, however, that the freezing distance is not increased, allowing enemies that enter to walk around normally until hitting the freezing portion.
