Welcome! As a follow up to my last polling blog about some community behaviors or likes/dislikes, i will now be doing a poll list that contains every weapon in warframe. I have broken this up by category (Rifles, shotguns, etc) to make one option from each weapon class an option. Melee has a ton of different categories and i was wresting with the idea of breaking them up by class (fist, dagger, sword, heavy) but decide to be consistent and go with one of each category. That said, some only have one or two options, but it's better than grouping them up like i was going to.
Please note that this still is a very long list, so make sure you have the time to actually scroll through it all and i don't recommend viewing this on mobile, so don't say i didn't warn you about this. Also remember that this is just a poll on what you feel is your favorite weapon out of each category, it has nothing to do with the weapons stats. This is not a "which weapon kills the best poll" or anything, but if your weapon happens to be something that would be included in that sort of list, that's no problem either.
Q. What if i don't like any of the weapons in a category?
A. Then choose the "I don't have a favorite from this list" option so a vote is still cast
Q. What about options where there is only one option, why would i even need to vote?
A. The list of 'top' voted weapons will include how many total votes were cast in a poll as well, so every vote will help
Q. If i don't own or i haven't used every weapon on a poll, should i still vote for my favorite on the list?
A. Of course! This is going by your current favorites even if you never used the weapons
After some time has passed, the top 10 voted weapons out of Primary, Secondary, and Melee, and top 2 Archwing will be listed above the polls for easy viewing, so you can jump right into the comments below to discuss.

These results were based on polling results on June 13, 2016 at 06:59 UTC. All weapons in any given category won by how many total votes were cast for that weapon, and if there was a tie the one who had the most total votes in their category one (like i said, even voting 'i don't have a favorite helped!). Results will have changed from this snapshot, so please view individual polls below for any changes however this poll will not be re-updated to reflect new changes.

†melee was the most difficult to calculate. What i would do is like normal, go from weapons with the highest votes, but i would compare them to the weapons with only one melee in it's category. Then, i would take the one with the most total votes cast, subtract it from the one with the least votes cast, and add that number to the one with the lowest votes, and then rate them based on this final number. This way, total votes were cast as well as actual votes per item to account for the way the polls were sectioned off.
For example, between the Redeemer (385 votes and total votes) and Fang Prime (321 votes, 384 total votes) the Redeemer won due to having a bigger number when the numbers were plugged into my 'formula'. It's a bit confusing, but after alot of thought i figured it was the best way to accurately show the results, otherwise both of the weapons with only one item in the poll would be on top just because of purely the most votes alone.

some of my picks may seem odd, but they are my favorite out of each category, as i have the most fun with these weapons.
