    For those looking to delve into updating wiki pages regarding damage, damage types, warframe abilities, and other game mechanics pages, please read the following logical progression and limits on claims currently made on the wiki:

    1.  We KNOW that certain weapons do certain damage types with certain attacks.  We know this because someone literally went in and farmed the game code to get this information.

    2.  This information was confirmed over and over again by displaying that weapons listed with the same damage type displayed the same characteristics - armor ignore, secondary effects, etc.  These observations merely confirmed that the datamined information was indeed accurate and useable.

    Reminder of the newly corrected damage calculation process:


    1. Base Weapon Damage * (1 + Damage Mods) = Modded Base Damage round down
    2. Modded Base Damage * Body Part MP = Part Damage  round to the nearest
    3. Part Damage * (1 + Faction Mod) = Faction Damage round down
    4. Faction Damage * Damage Type MP = Faction Type Damage round down
