Preface:

I was choosing my next warframe, and I decided to write out what I felt were key abilities, and their base stats for comparison purposes. This resulted in "Categories" I placed frames in. Please note the following is not every intricate detail about each frame, it just explains why I put them in the category I did. Hopefully helps you choose based off of your preferred playstyle. This is my opinion of how I personally would use each warframe, the categories are not fact.

High Utility Tanks  (Tanks that bring survivability to the team)

  • His globe slows and provides protection from bullets
  • Has above average shields and armor (starts with 150 and 190 respectively)

  • Can send anything to another plane where it can only interact with other things on the banished plane
  • Ult creates an orb of the banished plane, shielding anything inside

Pure Tank - Rhino

Rhino - The Brick Wall

  • Skin is one of the toughest defensives in the game
  • Stomp provides decent utility, *but this isn't how I play the frame* I use the dash and skin mostly.

Let me know if you have suggestions/questions. I hope this helps some people!

Please note once again, these categories and usage of the frames are based off the abilities, base stats while including how I see them commonly used as well as my personal use of the frames. Also: I posted this on Reddit first, but I felt it belonged here.
